Minute by the Governor.
Any one than the attestation of ~ (Siques) &. Loncalley * November 194 1841.
I presume this refers to a letter I sent to Met Low yesterday, which is not in the nature of my official document. But at the same time I am only too happy to gratify It Loud with that signature, which was not really my signature as Governor, but simply as John Pope Hennessy - should be witnessed by M Tonnochy in his personal capacity and not as Colonial Secretary.
