I deeply regret the painful necessity imposed upon me to make this communication to you, and I need hardly say that I will, whenever you may desire it, give you such further particulars of what passed during my interview with Dr. Eitel, as you may desire.
I informed Dr. Eitel that I reserved to myself full liberty to repeat to you whatever he might say.
