Copy of a further statement made by Mr Justice Walton, authoritatively communicated to me by His Excellency the Governor, on 25th October, contradicting certain of the material allegations made by Mr Eitel at his interview with me 20th September. A certified copy of a letter addressed by Dr Eitel to me, dated 5th November, denying the accuracy of a material part of my statement as to what occurred at the interview I had with him the 20th September.
