to your remarks
upon Mr Johnson's
conduct in connection
with this affair, I
see no reason to
complain of Mr
Johnson's having
applied to Dr Eitel

opinion that he
was fully justified
in repeating Dr
Eitel's statements to
Mr Hayllar and in
subsequently bringing
Dr Eitel's conduct under
my
notice.
It appears
that at an interview
between Dr Eitel
and Mr Johnson on the 20th of September
