and Meanwhile Dr. Eitel draws £500
from it in addition to £500 as
Inspector
of Schools
I propose to abolish the
office,
to restore
head
the Registrar General to its old position and to make Dr. Eitel Chief
Interpreter in the Law Courts, in addition to
his inspectorship,

With reference to your letter of the I have the honor to report that upon further consideration I have decided now that so much
leave has already expired to avail myself of the rest of it and not to return before its expiration as I had
