absence being, however, specified from the commencement to furnish calculation of

the pension payable to Sir J. Smale, in exact accordance,

as possible, with the Hong Kong Pension Minute)

The Governor should be told

that

be held to debar Sir J. Smale from

the receipt of a judge's pension,
