With Reference to the Island works now
set on hand, and which

recommend that as this particular portion
of the work will require by far the longer
time to complete, no time should be lost
in making
the
necessary arrangements with some Tunnelling
Company
in this country or some
Tunnelling Contractor for the perforation
of the mountain.
