cleanse the streets, footpaths, traps, dust bins, &c., the Surveyor General shall be at liberty to supply such additional number of men as he may deem necessary, or make such other arrangements to him may seem fit for expediting the cleansing of the same, the cost of which shall be defrayed by the Contractor.
17. And it is lastly hereby distinctly understood that His Excellency the Governor reserves to himself the exclusive right of cancelling this Contract without giving previous notice to the Contractor at any time upon His Excellency's finding that the said Contractor is not fulfilling the whole or any part or clause of this Contract or any Rules and Regulations already issued or be hereafter issued under Ordinance No. 9 of 1867.
