There are certain details of the "Construction and designs" of these tanks which it is desirable that these gentlemen should confer. There is also the question whether these tanks, if constructed, should be amalgamated with the general scheme for the water supply of Victoria; and if not, whether it is necessary or proper that the five tanks should be utilised by a separate system of mains from those employed in the general supply of the city.
