Attorney General's Minute.
As Yong A. lap de 15 not in this Colony and did not commit any offence in this Colony, I do not think the Government here can take any legal steps for his arrest in Penang.
As regards the other 13 Criminals who are, I presume, the same as those whose case was referred to me in C.R.O. 3355, 3365, I do not think I can add anything to what I wrote on Jan. 10, 1886, on paper Jan. 10. 1884 upon those (56) S.C. O'malley.
