Referring to my despatches No. 13 and 72 of the 14th December 1880 and 4th January of the present year, I have the honour to forward for the information of His Excellency the Governor, translation of a further communication which I received yesterday from the Viceroy regarding the rendition of the 18 criminals now claimed to be surrendered.
