This Notice of Rewards is hereby given by the Yeung Leung-Shing Zone of the Cheung Yeung Wai (Village) of the Kwai Ching District in the Province of Kwang Chow to the following effect.
That Yeung Wing Hong, Yeung To Sin and others being undutiful nephews of the same lineage have constantly behaved themselves in contravention of the law. Yeung Ting-Fai, Headman of the clan had repeatedly warned and admonished them, but to no compliance. [They were] reported to the authorities for their arrest.
