I hope Your Lordship will allow me to modify your original decision that was communicated to Mr. Wodehouse in London, and to raise his salary by $960° to $940 a year, so as to make it & year, to date from the time of his appointment.
3. Mr. Wodehouse discharges the not very agreeable duties of Coroner with real ability to my satisfaction.

The attention of the Accountant General is called to the fact that Mr. Wodehouse whilst in England received from the Crown Agents his half salary, from 16th January, at the rate of £400 per annum, mainly as Magistrate, the latter being £200 per annum, less than that allowed as full salary.
