'I have the honour to forward for submission and favourable consideration to His Excellency the Governor
application from Mr. Parker, First Clerk in this department, to be allowed to forward to England
a sum of money in addition to that allowed
by G.G.O. 1940 of 1876.
Mr. Parker asks for the privilege to enable him to pay for the education of his child who went home for that purpose last year.
