It appears that Lut Minhinnett has fulfilled his contract with the Government and is now entitled to half pay during passage home. I think according to a fair construction of the contract he does not forfeit his claim to this by a short delay. But if the Government were to insist strictly on its rights it might refuse to pay passage money or half pay until Lut Minhinnett actually started.
