Minute by Acting Colonial Treasurer.
As the Secretary of State limits remittances to one half the remitting officer's salary, I presume the $200 mentioned will not be forwarded in addition to Mr Sayward's family remittances, but they will be part of those remittances. In other respects the application comes within the rules.
