I have the honour to forward a letter from W George Shay ward Warden of this Gaol applying for sum of $200 leave to have paid at home through the Crown Agents with which he wishes to defray the passage to Stongsong of member of his family.
She also wishes to remit monthly through the Agents for the support of his parents a sum not exceeding the half of his salary.
