offer for reducing the plans towards their first dimensions and further to
observe that the
salary proposed for
the Director is
considerably larger than that of
the Director of the Mauritius
Observatory while the cost of the rest of the suggested
Staff
is also considerably
heavier than that of the Mauritius
Staff.
