Bowdler's Design B obviate some other sanitary defects

in the design based on the sketch plans. (copy) and is somewhat less expensive ($50,000), I think it would be well to reconsider the plans and estimates with a view to reducing the cost.
Refer the plans therefore to a Board consisting of the Acting Surveyor General, the Captain Superintendent of Police, the Acting Colonial Treasurer, and two members of the Finance Committee (Mr Ryrie and Mr Johnson if they will be good enough to serve) for their opinion.
