A copy of their report, together with the estimates of the Surveyor General, I have now the honour to forward for Your Lordship's information, and from this it will be seen that design B has been approved of.
The enclosed tracing will enable Your Lordship to see the proposed site for the station and the boatsheds.
About $15,000 of the estimate for this year, I am informed by the Acting Surveyor General, will be expended before the year is out.
