It is to the pay, drawn from the Harbour Department the account is now full a Month each to the Inspectors in charge of Aberdeen, Stanley, and Yau-ma-tei. This amount is considered to be about equivalent to the Extra Expense caused by working at an outlying village.
2. The officers in Charge of the same villages have certain duties under The Ordinance for the Registration of Births and Deaths for which they receive no remuneration.
3. The following Inspectors receive in addition to their pay good Conduct Allowances
