Dispatch 2243 of
the 24th June 1887), I
referred
to the records of this office and find
a number of documents
of the
Years 1878, 1879
and 1880 with reference to the Opium Farm.
Among them I have found correspondence. Some in Mr. Pihuan's handwriting but bearing the signature of Born Hap, the present opium Farmer and some signed by Fr. Pitman.
