I think you will find the 16106 inch has practically been superseded by recent papers.
All other staff required for the water works have been appointed. Under letter of the 18th Sept. 52 Mr. Grange was appointed assistant engineer. Twenty-four water works, clerks and labourers working under G.O. letter 22 Oct. 52.
