Administrator has been referred to tie Price for his share now registered. Obstructions and the piste him to clear this building for that top.

The Estimates is at present not to be considered as sanctioned. I observe that no further provision is made for the Conversion of Goddard Hospital into a General Hospital. I shall be glad to be informed when this work is completed.

I shall prepare plans of a suitable building which in due course will be forwarded to you. I trust that no further delay will take place in the construction of this building and that it is anticipated that the sum voted for it will not be expended. $5000 have been entered for Sinking Fund for the Breakwater Refuge against it $1000 in 1881 Estimates.

I am not aware it would seem however from the last paragraph of Sir M. Hicks Beach's despatch No.23 of the 12th of April 1878 that it was not intended to repay to the Special Fund money borrowed from it for the construction of this work.
