¡ Board of Trade desire to see introduced into the Annual List of Shipping and Seamen furnished from the Colonies, I have the honour to enclose, for Your Lordships' information, copy of the Colonial Secretary's correspondence with the Harbour Master and Attorney General on this subject.
12. Your Lordship will observe that Mr. Shomeelt, the Harbour Master, says he does not understand how the Board of Trade want the new form kept, and that he requires guidance on the subject before he can report to me.
