With reference to a letter from Sir Arthur Kennedy, dated 24th July 1876, No 600, addressed to Commodore Watson, requesting to be furnished with a quarterly Return of houses occupied by Naval Officers for which exemption from Taxes is claimed; I have the honour to enclose herewith
