I have the honor to bring to the notice of His Excellency the Governor the sudden increase to the number of Chinese Emigrants proceeding to New South Wales.
Sydney,
The British Steam ship "Hungarian" left on the 8th instant with 400, the "Neemmuir" left on the 10th with 296, and the "Kenilworth Castle" is to leave shortly also with a large number for Sydney.
I desire to call His Excellency's attention to this matter as it is just possible that so large an influx of Chinese into Australia...
