With reference to the Coolie Emigration from this Colony
to the Straits Settlements and Australia, I have been steadily watching this
business for the last two months with this result,
On looking through the Coolie houses
in Sai Ying Poon
I found one or two, in which there were intending Emigrants, Nos. 14 & 16, Second Street
