I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch. No. 15 of 6 January, in which you inform me in reference to the case of the 18 criminals whose extradition had been applied for by His Excellency the Viceroy that the Commandant of Chinese Kowloon had called on the Governor and had informed His Excellency that he had no objection to a surrender.
