trie is entitled to compensation. Mr foughtrie's originale (3rd October 1878) was for $1500. The claim attached to let foughties evidence amounts to $2,025, which inclures interest at 8 per cent per annum. I think tu foughtrie is entitled to his original claim of $1000.
