independent Examination is all bunkum, another piece of
mud thrown at the school unfairly I agree with his remarks as indicating to advantage of an independent Examination, & referring to this despatch of 7th day that he will probably come around timely in thinking that the withdrawal of the school from the inspection then Inspect
was of doubtful advantage ; & we might request that in future. Conduct the exam. –
