(2) The same Bank issues notes of one dollar under the sanction of the Governor and under the provisions of that section
I can find no gazette notice of such Governor's sanction, but there is a letter of authority dated the 27th June 1872 authorizing it, from the Acting Colonial Secretary to the Chief Manager
