This notes invite attention to the Govt undertaking regarding the issue of much notes irme
Lord Kimberley would be glad to be informed whether the Straits Settlements Bill for the establishment in that Colony of the branches of the Bank, which accompanied the letter from this Govt, has been proceeded with, and if so whether Their Lordships have any amendment to the Bill to suggest.
