It appears to me that, as the Department is responsible for the moneys collected through his Department, it is his duty as well as interest to see that the advances to his subordinates are properly secured.
Auditor reminded. Dr. Agnew is reminded that Mr. ... having done so he seems to have done all that was required of him.
