I have the honor to report that
on examining
the accounts of the Civil Hospital, I find that some Accounts
amounting
to $185 under the heading of Small Pay Hospital for 1879
are still
unpaid, and Mr J. de V. Fernandes who was
in charge of the accounts, cannot give
any satisfactory explanation.
