Amended Draft Rules of the detailed establishment of the proposed Interpretation Department.
I. Titles.
The Office is to be briefly called Interpretation Department. The head of the Office is to have the title "Chinese Secretary and Head Interpretation Department".
II. Relation to Colonial Secretary.
