following effect :- That I was ordered by you to go and ask Mr Gibbons for two sets of administration papers,
that I went into Court and asked Mr. Gibbons for the papers. To this he said 'All right' or something to that effect. I then took these papers which were on the table before him with his assent and brought them to you.
I may add that a few days afterward on your sending them to me I returned the two sets of papers to Mr Gibbons and he returned them to their places in the Registry where they are now.
I remember that I wrote a copy of my letter of the 5th of August and I duly sent your letter in the Chitbook to Mr Gibbons.
