I hereby certify, that with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Government, have granted to Mr. J. I. Sibbons now under suspension from Office and salary Registrar of the Supreme Court a leave of absence, pending the decision of Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State in the Colonies in his case under clause 89 Chapter 4 Section 3 of the Colonial Regulations.
