I am content to accept your Honour's ruling: provided I am duly told what that ruling is, but I am not willing that the office of Registrar should be treated as that of a judge's clerk. With this explanation I trust I have set the matter at rest so far as it is capable of settlement without further reference.
I must request that your Honour will be good enough to forward a copy of this letter to His Excellency the Governor.
