2274 due to the above dated 2nd August 200d to which I crave leave to refer in extenso, for it is material to the present line of argument as follows:-
"I have never questioned that Honor was the responsible head of the Department. I should not have supposed that the question raised, had not informed you that you were capable of being responsible and that efforts had been unsuccessfully made to render you responsible.
