Minute by H.E. the Governor
For the reasons stated in the annexed
draft letter I hereby interdict Dr.
Gibbons
forthwith from all the functions of his
office
A
provisional
interdiction under Chapter IV section 11 of the
Colonial Regulations.
During this provisional interdiction I appoint Mr. Mossop officiating Registrar and he will take charge of all the books, papers, etc. of the office.
