Having read the Registrar's explanation of his conduct I very much regret that it will be necessary to proceed to deal with him under Chap IV section II of the Colonial Regulations for the offences of insubordination.
Meanwhile refer this letter and Mr. Justice Snowden's decision to the Attorney General for his opinion on that decision.
