been expending money on the ground recently purchased from Mr Buddell, I think it better therefore for the Public interests and for all parties if arrange - ments enabling the Committee to confer with and transact all their business with and through our Chairman.
The Committee's suggestions, of course, in all cases, must have the sanction of the Executive Government - And W. H. Marsh Government is at liberty to offer any observations he pleases on the work suggested or at the recommendation of the Committee.
