I beg to inform you that Telegraphic Communication has been extended to MANILA, by means of a Submarine Cable starting from Hong Kong.

Messages for MANILA are accepted by this Company for transmission, at the rate of 10s. per word, at its Head Office as above, and Branch Office, East India Avenue, Leadenhall Street, E.C., and at all Postal Telegraph Stations throughout the Kingdom.

When handed in at Postal Telegraph Stations, all messages should be marked "vià Indo." These words are not charged for.
