I would add that your present proposal should be considered in connexion with the question of the water supply of the colony in general.

I believe there has been a regular row between the Chief Justice and the registrar in which the public consider the former to be in the wrong.
Mr Gibbons is a complainant, cantankerous man but I am told he is well-meaning and not obstructive while doing his business.
