With a few slight but important variations, which I have marked in these Regulations from No 1 to the end, in the same as those in No (7) 4541.

Then follows a large omission of all the Regulations for punishment which stood as Nos 120 - 124 inclusive in the older set.
In future and the matter punishment for breaches of Prison discipline is now provided for in new 2072 of the Regulations, and the Punishments Themselves will be modified by legislation.
A Bill is now before Council (vide Cap 37 of 82 Aced in 6 the stime of Captolakon vom unders (0 rms. 10 80-H & S 9940).
