4. Still another meaning against the sale of noxious spirits enforced.
5. I told Messrs Jardine and Matheson that I was not giving too much encouragement to illustrate the sale of spirits and I should be disposed to refer to your suggestion No. 190 and I should be disposed to refer to #199.
Zow Wingfield Mr Jardine called one day & amongst other things mentioned this subject. I generally think that I should be able to report on the subject.
