The retail of spirits appears to be a very stated small one.
The Governor, when speaking in Council of his proposed spirit farm (H.K. Govt Gazette 19 Oct. /28 p. 490 - copy in 7654/19), had this spirit farm bill directed by the Supreme Court to be suspended in the absence of financial information. See dept. m7454/79.
