I obtained the letter above referred to, with the intention of withdrawing it; if the arrangement could be carried out. Afterwards I sent replies from the two Acting Deputy Registrars for the purpose of carrying out the suggestion of the Chief Justice, and it was discovered only where I had forwarded the necessary letter which was required for compliance with the Official rule.
