I have the honor to acknowledge your communication inclosing a letter from Mr. Sibbons dated September 29th 1880 to you marked C.S.O. 2322, in which he calls the attention of His Excellency to the like proceedings of The Honourable Dr Stewart acting by His Excellency's direction as Colonial Secretary in the Bankruptcy Court.
